I need to fit an airlock on a standerd size wine bottle, holding extra juice for topping off.Easiest way is to buy a drilled stopper( Please tell me the # size) or can I drill out a rubbercork without creating a place for the bad stuff to grow? Drill one and soak it in Meta? Right now its covererd in two layers of saran wrap, each with a tiny hole not aligned with each other and wiped with Meta.

This may not have much if any secondary fermentation and in a week I mightre-rack off lees and add some kmet. I stirred it before transfering, but yeast might be spent.Edited by: smikes
