To all those that have taken the time to answer my questions, tonight it made me enjoy the moment, not to mention have a few laughs.

I have the following,

1 gallon cherry,apple,peach
1 gallon pomagrant
3 gallons concord grape

all 12 days since they started and all have 1 racking.,

Wellmy dearestwomanwanted a glass this evening, so I gave her a sample of the pomagrant, her eyes went wide, then I offered her a sample of the cherry, she then went on a rant, which was great, she has a pallet and if she likes something, she likes it. if not she will be the first to tell you.

So then it got a bit out of hand, so I took a sample of the concord, then added some of the cherry then a bit of the pomagrant and stirred the snot out of it using a electric wisk.

Well needless to say, the taste from her thoughts and mine were out of this world, but since I was drinking my miller this evening, I let her try out the ( proof ) levels.

well, I think my last hydrometer was broken before I broke it, cause lets just say, she is in one heck of a( good ) mood...........

So tomorrow,

I am going out to get a 5 gallon jug, to mix the 3 together, then pour it into a3 gallon and let that sit till my company arrives from up north in 3 weeks, so the other 2 gallons are going into the fridge to cool rack and let her drink

It was well worth the learning, trial and error and I cant wait till I get a batch really well aged.

Thanks all. it made for a great moment in time.
