mold on plastic pail,Is it any good?

I recently received my plastic pail back from a friend that borrowed it. I had not checked it at the time and now it has a very lite cover of mold along one side. Can I clean this with something or is it better to replace the pail. I do not want to ruin a batch of wine because of my stupidity

I would try to save it, but I am cheap. Folk it up with warmish water, add a full Cup of oxyclean, let sit 24 hours. I bet it will eat that mold quite fine. Avoid bleach.
