Use the slurry from your strawberry to fire up the Pee. Even though I prefr a starter for my pee. I did have some slurry that I saved in the refrigerator. When it was time to add it into the pee, I just set it in a bowl of warm water and it wrked fine.
You can add the ectin E AFTER the fermentation is done, it will still do its thng, but it is betterto add it in the begining.
