Island Oasis Strawberry Beverage Mix

Tossed in 5 of these bad boys.
8 lbs inverted sugar
Got me to 1.1
Also all my normal friends
Started with 2 gallons hot water 2 tbsp bentonite
8 cups frozen pure lemon juice
1 tbsp energizer
1/2 tsp DAP
Pinch or Epsom salt
1 tbsp gypsum
Topped at 6.5 gallons
I want to keep more sweetness so ran Lavlin 71b

I like those, are there recipes in this forum to make wines from these juices? I have been making kit wines for years, I would like to improve on those.
on that site is the reconstitution of them juices-directions , I make mine stronger by about half again. any country wine recipe or if using grapes any traditional wine recipe works, on almost any recipe I double my fruit amount at least, but I go with a higher ABV% than most , the extra fruit, and sweeter to bring out the flavor, most all the ole hands on here and quite a few of the newer ones recipes work great. I have never made a kit nor traditional wine, all fresh fruit or pure juice, from concentrate as I age, (lol) I have went to juice concentrate, due to the fact of getting more condensed flavor by mixing my concentrates stronger by around 50% stronger or more , depending on the fruit type. than the mixing directions on reconstituting the concentrate to juice.
