I'm another noob to wine making what do you have brewing at the moment or what have you done so far?

I have a gallon of strawberry wine from a kit and a gallon of apple wine from fresh fruit both fermenting at the moment.

So far I've made what could be concurred old backwoods wine ...peach and blackberry and 2 with chemicals curintl looking well 5 gal of Apple and Persimmon
