Good afternoon! I am new to winemaking but definitely not new to enjoying it! Not sure what took me so long. I started with the most basic Concord Welch's Grape juice wine. I'm about to rack and bulk age for a bit. Going to start 2 more one-gallon batches using juice concentrate, see how that goes and then get adventurous!
