Hi,

Just spotted the new Passport 2017 limited editions here:

Disappointed that none of the reds appear to have grape skins although they do all sound good.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé sounds great and will defintitely order that one.

What do others think?

Looking forward to the Syrah and the Nero D'Avola here. I made the RJS Limited Edition Nero D'Avola a few years back, and it has turned out quite nice.

Yeah, but I typically like to back sweeten with the juice varietal the wine came from, of some sorts, instead of just sugar.

Make your own then, withold some juice and fortify it with some simple syrup. You could also use some Alexander's Cab Suav concentrate. Lots of ways to do this IF you want to.
