Newbie from Southern Arizona

Hello All!!

I am very much a newbie here, I don't even have my equipment yet lol. I can't wait to get started, I have a list of wines I want to make already. Would love some help on Prickly Pear & Mesquite wines if any of you have made them. Any advice and help I can get from you all will be greatly appreciated!!!

Havent worked with prickly pears myself and the mesquite wine sounds interesting but its not something i remember coming across - ill have to stay tuned on that one.

When you do get equipment, just make sure you get a hydrometer
And probably a way to measure acids, TA Kit maybe

They'll help your winemaking tremendously
