Getting ready to start a batch of Pink Grapefruit Blush tomorrow that I bought at Winestock. Anyone ever made it before? How did you like it? Wife and I are hoping it will be a welcome refreshment this summer in our Texas heat.

I've tried tasting that at my local shop and really liked it. It's one that I'm planning on buying and making as soon as I get the ones at home going!!!

I bottled 30 bottles today. I couldn't wait to try it. I must say that it has a very smooth taste. Have to say that I'm impressed with it. Wife liked it also. My first Mosti kit, will surely try another soon.

Is this a Mosti Mondiale product? I didn't see it on their web-site.

When I ran a Ferment on Premises, the Niagara Mist Pink Grapefruit Blush was easily the best selling of the mist kits. Not quite as sweet as most of the others, and GREAT in the summer. Unfortunately, due to a common prescription, some people (like me) have to avoid grapefruit.

So I've switched to Niagara Mist Sangria Zinfandel Blush.

Its at the very bottom of all the kits listed (Summer Breeze kits)

Its amazing that these companies do not take the time to update their websites!

I thought I would just add this to this post from earlier. I am currently makng my 2nd batch of Pink Grapefruit Blush; it went over so well with friends and family; it is day 13 and my SG is already 0.992. The instructions say to rack the wine on day 20, but since my SG is 0.992, can I go ahead and rack it and clear it now or should I wait for a few more days per the instructions? Thanks for any suggestions, John.

If you are at .992 and it is stable for 2 days, go ahead and rack it - or not, depending on what is convienient for you.

Wife made the OB version, Pink Grapefruit White Shiraz, was pretty good. Imagine these are just as enjoyable.

ever one of those you sent me were great tasting ,i finished my three island mist kits think about a fourth,,,,,,,
