The one on the right has a great hairstyle and a pearl neclace (is that pearl?) apart from that she has more head on her beer.

And as far as a pearl necklace, um, that means sumtin' different down heah... 
Truth. 
That appears to be photoshopped for sure. The girl on the left does not have an opposing thumb and the girl on the right is holding the stein with one finger. When I was stationed in Germany and we attended Oktoberfest, we witnessed scenes like this and they are not photoshopped!
