I was keen to minimise the sulphife emissions so provided a lot of nutrient initially and make extra additions on day 2 and 3. I use a similar yeast to your RC212. It is a good yeast. My last fermentation with Rc-212 was so mild that while it went dry it had 0 foam at all on it, except when i pressed down the floating cap.
