The Windmill Palm is quite hardy, can survive short cold spells, not indigenous to the PNW but you can see them in many yards. Seems like a bit of a novelty to me. The power of suggestion is not significant enough to make me believe I'm in the tropics!I think it looks a lot worse today from what I see on FB.
