The birders frown upon giving away nest location, so I’ll say a costal town on the way to Huntington.
This pair is working on their 4th clutch. Last year they successfully raised 3 eaglets, that’s how good the food source is! There are at least a few known pairs making babies, so in 10 years it won’t be so unusual to see them, I suppose.Nice!
I was asking only because I spent ~5 years on LI. Mostly around Sound Beach and Coram. Never saw any leucocephalus!
