GREEN GRASS in NH in January!


That could have been taken in my neighborhood in southern Tennessee.
The story here today is COLD! We hit our high of 38 at 12:01 a.m. It is now 28. The wind chill is 19. Gonna be some first fire logs in the wood stove later, as soon as I get some kitchen wiring done... Hoping for the wind to die down a bit first. I remember the first decade here when that stove was all we had for heat. Anyway, we do not recover from this. Low Wednesday to be 16. Then 2+ inches of snow on Friday, and it'll be my turn to post pix. Next week, highs in the low 40s... heat wave!
