Depends on when it was last added. A rule of thumb is 1/4tsp every 90 days

Tom: Thank you about 2 weeks ago I added K-meta and sorbate per the directions. So I will just rack to a clean/sanatized carboy.

Runningwolf: Looks yummy, my Piesporter is going in the primary today now that I just racked my wifes Icewine to the secondary.
