campden tablets do not kill yeast, it merely stuns yeast.

sorbated does not kill yeast either, but it does prevent the yeast from reproducing.

Well thats a start. I would recommend before you get way too excited that you investigate three of the principal ingredients in winemaking before you taste too much more.

What are they? I had to take a little bit out to add half a cup of bentonite so had to remove half a cup of the wine is why I taste it, didn't just wanna pour it down the sink lol
