Zinfandel, Merlot, and Petite Sirah, fermented separately and blended later. I believe the creamy oak would be French.

I haven't tried the wine, and don't have much experience with those grapes yet, but I'm sure you can attribute the different characteristics of the finished wine to the different grape varietals, as well as taking the color and aroma into consideration.. that would give you a starting point on how to make each grape separately, but you'd probably want a bottle on hand when it came down to the final blending
 
The tasting notes give you pH, TA, and residual sugar amounts; so you have a lot to go with there, as well as what varietals are in the blend. There are probably quite a few kits that would get you close, then you'd have to modify a bit. My first thoughts are the obvious sugar, as well as some tannin riche extra, which can provide some coconut and/or vanilla essence.
