Red wine making protocol

I don’t know how to attach a file here so I exported it to excel and put it on git. Let’s see if this works.

I downloaded and opened the file with no problems.

The forum software allows ZIP, TXT, PDF, and numerous graphics formats. I have a license for WinZip on both my PCs, so I use it to zip files.

On Win11 in File Explorer, right-click on a file, there should be a "Compress to ..." option, which let's you select ZIP.

I can't remember what Win10 has, but there is an option to create a zip.

Thanks! I noticed that excel files are not supported but I didn’t think about zip. I will be smarter next time.
