Today I got
3 cases 25#ea Peaches = $1.00 a case = 75#'s
3 flats 8#ea Strawberries $2.00 a flat = 24#
Used 40# (pitted 2 cases) to start 6 gallons and the rest froze for the f-pac.
Strawberry is crowned, sliced and froze

Yeah - so did I!!!

Just got Strawberries for $1 a pound @ Aldi's - they had a 2 pound limit - so i made several trips ..

Aldis' had their strawberries on sale for $0.89 - no limit.

Went home with 50#'s.
