I found a Spanish wine a few weeks ago in St Augustine, Fl. I would drink this by the barrel full if I could find it that way. Anyone ever heard of what type grapes make this wine? I would love to try to recreate this.

I suspect it will be somewhat difficult to recreate in the US. The wine is croatina (60 percent), barbera (30 percent), uva rara (10 percent). It should be a bit fizzy and slightly sweet with only about 7.5% alcohol.

And, by the way, it's Italian.

Thanks Tony!

And believe it or not, it was bottled in Spain...
