Just wondering how you all feel about the shipping companies that bring your stuff. Do you find the service of one superior to the others. Whom have you suppliers used?

Personally, I find FedEx better than UPS. It may just be the local terminals but FedEx is more accurate with their estimates, friendlier and the packarge looks as though people took care of it. I have received UPS shipments that look like someone played football with the package.

I would be interested in your experiences. Thanks.

I'm not a fan of UPS. Recently I had ordered a home theater receiver. It was delivered dripping wet like someone had tossed it into a swimming pool!:m

UPS and Fedex are about equal here. No complaints or crushed/drenched packages from either.

The UPS guy is always the same and friendlier than the random Fedex gang - not to say they're unpleasant at all.

Blue is king in this area over Brown any day of the week. This Summer during the fire Blue was out delivering every day of the week while Brown said sorry its just to dangerous to deliver (we were never evacuated). Brown took my Summer shipment of Columbia Crest Reserve wines and tossed them into a trailer for a week in 100 degree heat. I went down to Santa Fe try and save it from ruin in the heat and was turned away. Sorry we have no way to find it in the trailer.... Then they tried to deliver it after the fire. I refused it and told them in no uncertain words exactly why.

If I have a choice I will go will Blue over Brown any day of the week.

I don't understand the question...:d

I prefer FedEx over the others.

P.S. My son-in-law works as an inside salesman for them. LOL :sm

If she was delivering my package I dont think Id care what the package looked like when it was delivered!! LOL I used UPS fopr all my pumps when I was sselling them and only 1 out of quite a lot of pumps had damageand it was the cheapest one I ever had and sold so it really didnt bother me and I didnt even claim the problem. Now, that being said I had 1 pump delivered top me via UPS right at the end (which is part of the reason I stopped) that was totally destroyed and I went through all the claim BS and still havent gotten a check yet!!! I must have pestered them at least 15 times and I still dont get anywhere. The UPS place says it has tp send the check top the place that sold me it and I keep telling them NO!!!! Im the one who needs to get the check, I have paid in full this customer so why the heck should that personm get a check. This reminds me that I should call them again and demand my check. I think swears are in full order this time!!!!
