Stainless steel bowls for fermenting 1 gallon batches?

I want to make some 1 gallon fruit wine batches but don't have any buckets other than 5 gallon. I do have some SS pampered chef bowls with lids that are 6 and 8 liters. Would these work for a 1 gallon fermenter?

just use your 5 gallon bucket as a primary, move your wine to a carboy when it gets to about 1.010///
you do have some one gallon jugs, etc...bung, airlock.

Yup have 4 one gallon glass jugs with air locks it planned on using

The SS bowls would work fine, so will your 5 gallon bucket. Use whatever you want.
