This is our first attempt at wine! We started with 30 lbs of concord grapes off of our vine on 9/9/07 with a sg of 1.082. On 9/16 the sg was down to 1.002, so we transfered it to a 6 gal carboy, and topped it off with about 2 qt water. Yesterday we racked it into another carboy and noticed a very heavy sulfur smell and taste. Should we add something or keep racking or ???...Are we doing something wrong?
