Tap for use with wine kit bags

I searched the forums for this question, but didn't find anything so I apologize if it has been answered elsewhere in this community.

I have a Fermtech Wine on Tap bucket, and on the instruction card it says "Reuse your wine kit bag with a standard dispensing tap readily available at homebrew shops."

Can anyone tell me what the proper name is for "a standard dispensing tap" that will fit wine kit bags, and where one can be purchased? Also, do you know if the tap is reusable, or is it for one time use only?

I would love to be able to sanitize and recycle wine kit bags for use in dispensing when the occasion arises.

These taps can be re-used (I don't know how often though).
