I have space to make more wine. However, I don’t have enough space that’s temp-controlled.

My garage and shed often exceed 90 degrees in the summer. I get around this by removing the bottom drawers from my wine fridge and storing a carboy there. That solution fits 1 carboy.

I’d like to DIY something that could hold 1-3 additional carboys with temp control, regulated with an Inkbird to 65 degrees.

I could purchase another wine fridge, but they generally only fit 1 carboy and easily cost >$1k. Looking to do this for a lot less.

I know you have probably built something similar but just in case this should work with the inkbird.

Good luck with your project!

Interesting video ..... I have followed him for a few years.

My wife would probably appreciate me fermenting in the barn or garage because she can always tell when something is "going on" with wine in the basement. 🤣
