I typed a post way back in the beginning of this thread before work and something happened and it never made it in here. What I wanted to say was that even if it was done fermenting I would serious think about ridding that carboys of a little bit in the pics that jamesngalveston put up. That is way too full and if there is a temp change or barometric pressure change you will have wine in or out of your airlocks!!!!! About 2 inches from the bung or even a tad more from there is the proper head space. Youd be amazed how much a little storm can make your volume change!
