London broil (or streak siciliano as my Mom calls it). I add some horseradish and a few too many cloves of garlic, keeps the vampires away, and that adds to the flavor. The red wine is for a little added acidity and enhances the beef flavor, the blander the better.For a bland beef bourguignon, maybe?
