We have a series of Creekside wines. If you ever saw the nice stream that runs along side of the winery you'd understand. I posted a few pictures of it earlier when the Fish Commission was releasing Steelhead.Looking good Dan!
Not sure about the name creekside blend though........
The Fredonia and Chambourcin were finished fermenting. Blended the two, stabilized and sweetened. Immediatley after blending I racked it over to two tanks in the chiller for cold stabilizing.Are you sweetening or upping the sg at the beginning?
