Thanks for the welcome guys!! I've got a gallon of blueberry melomel, a gallon of pineapple, a gallon of concord, a gallon of muscadine and three gallons of apple fermenting now. I plan on starting a five gallon batch of blueberry fermenting next week. Would love to get into brewing beer, but not yet. I'll prob drive you girls and guys nuts with questions as i go. Oh yea, the beer was a busch light, hard times call for hard beer. I wish it were a Sam AD. The pic was taken after three hours of sleep and nine hours of smoking 100 pounds of pork.
