Thanks @joeswine . I see where you've used dried cherries before (I think it was you). Would they be an option also or do they not work as well as blackberries?16 ozs. Of blackberries will enhance the flavor and texture. Oak tannins and a small amount of chips , don’t over power the grapes .
That should be it , yeast of your choice , the ec1118 is a work horse and will do nicely .
