I followed all the directions up until this point and I racked it over to a carboy on feb 5 to bulk age it for 3 months. Should I add any extra K meta...like 1/4 tsp.
The reason I ask is because my wine expert kit says to add an extra 1/4 tsp if you plan to keep the wine longer than 6 months. Then I think I read somewhere on here that spagnols recommends this too. but I can't find it anywhere in my directions.
So should I:
Add nothing.
Add 1/4 tsp kmeta dissovled in some wine back into the carboy now.
Add 1/4 tsp on bottling day after it has bulk aged for 3 months.
