I bottled this wine 3 weeks ago. I tried a bottle last night. It was very good. Very clear and deepred incolor. The nose has a bit of fruit evident and I thought I detected some sulfite. The mouth feel was soft and silkywith a bit of tannin. The taste was spicy. For a young wine, I am very pleased.
