So... I sent my unit in last September for not being able to calibrate..... They flashed it with an upgraded bios version. Now a few months later... It started to slow down on getting the ph numbers... I checked it against my other ph instrument. It was reading the ph at .20 higher! Almost added too much tartaric acid before I caught it. Sent it back again.... They tell me that now the newest bios version can be forced into a manual ph calibration! Hopefully this is the last time....

Sam, I'm looking to buy this unit, so I'm interested to see your experience.

Just got a email from Vinmetrica today. Sounds like my ph probe went bad..... They also flashed the unit up to the latest bios version while they had it! Cannot beat the service..... Didn't cost me a dime and got it back out to me 3 days after they received it.
