I am ready to flavor and sweeten my watermelon wine. Any suggestions on how to flavor it. I will add a simple syrup to Sweeten a little but want to flavor it. Any ideas appreciated.
I honestly don't know. But most f-packs made from fruit are reduced by simmering to boil some of the water out for a more concentrated flavor. I just don't know if that will work with watermelon. Maybe some more experienced folks will respond.
