I have read that a lot of people seem to like them, but have not seen much in the way of a review.

How are they?
Do they age well, or are they quick drinkers?
Are there any tweaks one should make to improve them?
Will they make me more handsome to my wife?
Do they lack body?

I have picked a few to try, and wondered if there are some things I could learn about them before I start!

Thanks in Advance!!

How are they? THEY AREN'T TOO BAD WHEN YOU CONSIDER THE SOURCE.</font>

Do they age well, or are they quick drinkers? I WOULD SAY, EARLY DRINKERS.</font>

Are there any tweaks one should make to improve them? I ADD OTHER FRUIT JUICES AND THE WINES TURN OUT QUITE NICE.

Will they make me more handsome to my wife? IF SHE DRINKS ENOUGH....</font>

Do they lack body? IF YOU USE 2-3 CANS PER GALLON THEY WILL TURN OUT PRETTY GOOD.</font></font>

I HAVE MADE WELCH'S CONCORD AND ADDED 2 BOTTLES OF WINEXPERT REG GRAPE CONCENTRATE, ALL THE USUAL ADDITIVES AND OAK...IT TURNED OUT TO BE A PRETTY GOOD TASTING WINE.
HAVE HEARD THE WELCH'S NIAGARA/RASPBERRY IS GOOD. I USED NIAGARA AND MY OWN RASPBERRIES AND WE REALLY LIKED IT. MIGHT TRY A NIAGARA/JALAPEÑO SOME TIME SOON.</font>

I think NW has summed it up very well, you might even want to add some tannin to it.

Thank you for your input!

Been working on a 7 gal batch of banana today, was amazed how the time flew by. Tough day in our small kitchen, my wife got in the cooking mood and there was just not enough room!We spent more time dancing around each other than working! House smells like bananas, fresh bread and pot roast!

So much for the diet!

HA! No banana bread, go figure. Finaly pitched at 11:00 pm.

Receipe wanted every thing loose in fermenter and then strained two days later,I decided to put it in a course mesh bag now and squeeze later.

This leaves me with 2" in my 10 gal fermenter. Had to stick that into a bigger tub in case of overflow.Used Cote des Blanc with nutrient to keep any foaming action down to a minimum.Bubbling away already!

Sounds great Smikes. I think youll be safe with that yeast as far as foaming and will help keep the flavor there too. Good choice.
