I'm making my Christmas wish list Thinking about some Vinmetrica analyzers. Either the MLF or the Dissolved Oxygen. Not really too concerned anout ABV or residual sugar. Also a refractometer or an inert gas set up.

In my Santa Claus wish, I don't have to deal with any of that, the grapes just show up, I make wine, don't sell it, and drink it all myself!!!!!!

Re: Christmas-Wife and family are not technoids so for the specifics of what I want, I'll have to get my own.

My Christmas wish is better test equipment. A better pH meter, and some way to measure SO2 reliably.
