What juices to use

In this never ending circle of learning, I once again find myself wanting answers. I decided to make some wine from juice and there are several tried and tested recipes on here.

My problem is what juice to use. I went to Aldi today and there was Hi Juice, pure apple and fruit juices, cordials and 50/50 juices. Can someone tell me what type of juice I should be looking for. I keep seeing real grape juice advertised in recipes but what is it and where can it be bought.

Ive even bought a fruit press to try some authentic brewing so we will see where that takes us when it gets here.

Always use 100% juice.

I just bottled 2 1/2 gal. blueberry pomagranite made from
Northland 100%,a 1 1/2 gal white grape / peach made from
Welches 100% juice. Also have a blackberry jam going from
Smuckers. G.F. does't like me to go shopping with her, I dillydally
in the juice aisle to long and now the jam aisle. lol

Well, with summer coming you'll be able to experiment with real fruit. Cherries and strawberries will be first so you might plan to make wine with some good fruit--it beats nearly any juice you can buy.
