you're a real moral buster my friend,It's March 5th. I know I've seen snow on St. Patricks Day and almost always a frost before the end of March. If I was a betting man, I would put money on Mid-Mo and by extension the bootheel getting some frost.

It’s a fresh sausages right? You’re not cooking them are you? Just a little smoke for flavor?Trying to take advantage of the extra daylight, made up a batch of jalapeno cheddar sausage. Drying in the smoker, will fridge overnight and give them a good smoking tomorrow afternoon.

Sorry, was overly busy the last two evenings with meetings and can't access this site at work because there is "wine" in the name. I ended up cooking them to 154*F after smoking, so not fresh. It was a bit too warm out (70s) for true cold smoking, plus I was short on time.It’s a fresh sausages right? You’re not cooking them are you? Just a little smoke for flavor?
What do you mean by veneer plaster?Hanging the last few sheets of plaster board. Now I just have to learn how to apply veneer plaster!

Natural black oak is what people call it here, it’s a type of red oak. I harvested all the old trees as oak wilt was killing so many I figured I might as get them before the fungus does.What's the wood? My guess is maple or cherry.
