There is some really good info in the winemakers tools section on yeast. Including charts on the characteristics of both red Star and Lalvin. I use these all the time to decide what to use so I can make an educated choice based on what outcome I want.

I'm with Lori, I'd get it cookin in a heartbeat. What would you be out, a little time maybe.
 
Rc212 is a good pinot yeast. I used it on Sonoma County grapes I got last year.
 
I got some R56 at my local brewery store based on what the package claims that variety will do. (Also they didn't have BM45 :-( )
