How do you make it, Joe? We use escarole, potatoes, cannelloni beans, calamata olives, stock, vitamin G and onions. Cover it with grated Parmesan, have a loaf of homemade bread and a glass of red wine...Heaven!
Basic , chicken stock with all vegetables 🥦 🥕 onions 🧅 Italian seasoning , salt 🧂 and pepper 🌶️.
And of course escrow , with a aged bottle of Sauvignon blanc
 
The cheese hobby continues, each batch slightly more involved than it's predecessor. This time - Feta cheese!

From 2 gallons of milk I netted 2 lbs 10 oz of feta. Aging in brine for a couple weeks. Did some checking and was shocked at all the recipes using feta. I can't wait!
