It was frozen dough.
Frozen dough works!

I have a bread machine we purchased 20 years ago (Zojirushi). We used it enough when our sons were little that we wore the pan out, e.g., the metal deformed over time so the paddles could not turn. 🤣 The replacement pan was expensive, but it was far cheaper than a new machine, which still works like it was new.

That said, I haven't actually baked bread in it, in years. I use it to make dough, just under 2 hours to knead the dough and let it rise once. As long as I have 2 hours to prepare (which isn't always), pizza is on the menu.

Bread gets baked in the oven in pans or on a stone.

Frozen dough is definitely a time saver, I cook pizza on a screen and transfer to a pan for slicing,

Lunch time for us these days is dinner time for you guys! We are now back in Kauai for a week on the north shore in Princeville. Turns out one of the best places to eat is just down the road from our condo and overlooks Hanalei Bay. We were told to beware the chickens as they are argessive and they were not kidding. They will jump up on the table and steal your food if not careful!

I would appreciate eating those dishes, but the lady's salad looks more like my style.

How long did you have to wait in line or did you order online and pick up?

I decided to go for a late arrival, taking a chance that I may or may not get what I wanted, or even anything at all. I arrived about 12:40. The line was still well outside the door, but not crazy. After ~15 minutes, they came out and told us that my position in line would almost certainly be able to get brisket or sausage, and possibly ribs, but nothing else. Fine with me as I was longing for brisket. I waited for just about 45 minutes total before being served. They then put the "Sold Out" sign up about 10-15 minutes later.

To order online, you have a minimum order of 5 lbs. I was by myself, so that wouldn't work!
