Where to buy fungicides?

I came across an interesting news article about a vineyard owner who has developed a method to attack mildew and fungus using ultraviolet light, ozone and hydrogen peroxide. I'm thinking of trying out using just hydrogen peroxide in my vegetable garden to treat aphids, and other pests as well as fungus. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this? The HO that is available in stores is 3% so its not very strong.

It’s something that had been proven to be garbage science in regards to peroxide more likely to kill the plant tissue. Ultraviolet light may work but the suns better so again I think you shouldn’t bother.

Captan is worse than useless on black rot. Overuse of a fungicide (Captan) trains the fungus in the environment to build up resistance too the chemical, after which it becomes ineffective.

Actually after looking around online I'm thinking this stuff is Grape Leaf Rust. It's also not going away now that I'm on my second week of spraying with Captan, which is very frustrating. I've been plucking off infected leaves as I see them to reduce the spread but they are showing up every couple of days and at some point this vine will run out of leaves. It's a 6 year old plant so I don't want to remove it, there has to be something out there that a actually works. I suppose I could try Manzate aka Mancozeb. I'm honestly getting pretty tired of buying products that literally do nothing...

You could try a systemic like tebuconazole, myclobutanil or phostrol

Manzate will work, don’t do systemic unless literally nothing works, Myclobutanil works as well. I would use Azoxystrobin as a systemic first as it’s less dangerous than Tebucanazole

I've ordered Manzate but won't receive it until the 20th, so we'll see if there's anything left of this vine by then. I'm seeing the same spotting on the adjacent vines as well so fingers crossed Manzate will get this stuff in check.

Myclobutanil appears to have finally done the trick. This stuff was spreading like wildfire every two days, advancing across the mertlot row, but after spraying I haven't seen it advance in over 5 days. Sadly, before I tried myclobutanil I had already cut out a bunch of canes in hopes that it would slow down the spread, but all that achieved was total loss of my fruit and possibly next years crop as I don't know if the buds I left on the spurs will have the carbohydrates to grow new canes next year.

I still don't know what this disease is but I'm guessing it's Rust. Here's what it looks like now that the Myclobutanil has stopped it.
