cookies aren't the only way anymore. They can track your IP too. It's about impossible to avoid all of them. You could ghost your ip, too, if you wanted.

It is software that will allow you to use proxy servers. It makes it look like you are coming from another place, like a different country or a different city.

Being on Dialup I dont have a static IP but why does this site dump so many cookies on my computer now???? Hiding ads does not stop they from keeping tabs on you, just you get to do the head in sand thing. They also track you with LSO(super cookies) Those are stored in Macromedia file
