Hi all

Just got a surprise from my son - he wants to take me fishing in Alaska on the Kenai River next year. So, I have spent some time looking around the area online.

And guess what? Check out www.bearcreekwinery.com</font>. It appears that all their wines are fruit and concentrate (ie: kits, probably) Lots of carboys going on there.

Followed their 'links' and ran up on 4 more wineries in the state and 2 of them are Meaderies.

Interesting reading - ya just never think that they would be making wine there for purchase!!!!

Guess you have to do something on those cold long long nights.!!!!

enjoy

Looks like a really nice place. Can you imagine being the only game in town, Business must be good. I would love to have there door on my wine cellar.

Nothing more fun (or beautiful) than fishing in AK!

We went to Ketchikan, AK a few years ago and had a blast fishing.Caught some nice Kings!

You better be careful in the evenings.

Looks like an explosive combination of wine and hot tub action!
