Just wanted to say Hi, and drop in.
I currely work as the Assoiate Winemaker at Fenn Valley Vineyards here in SW Michigan. I have been there since 1999. I do a lot of laboratory work, putting together blends, writing some cellar orders, purchasing supplies for the cellar and also the vineyard. I started out making wine in my bedroom as a Junior in High School back in 1970, and have made home made wine off and on since then.
I might be able to give a little advice here and there, so I registered.
I occasionally make a bit of wine at home, but that doesn't mean I don't know the in and out of winemaking, SO2, Malo-Lactic fermentation, etc etc, and it's a part of my job.
