Wire clips for training steak fastening

Hi all,
I'm installing a trellis for a few vines in my backyard.
I purchased all necessary hardware except for the wire clips to fasten the wire to the rebar training steaks., because the supplier only sells them in 1000 count bags.
Does anyone know where to buy less then 100?
these are for 3/8 rebar and are called TRC38W by the supplier.
