A Newbie Question

I am just about to venture on making some wine for the first time since years and years ago. I have purchased 2 plastic 25l fermenters. Can I alternate between red and white wine in these ?

yes you will also need a glass or plastic carboy to clear and long term age the wine.

Yes. Feel free to alternate all of your equipment between white, red, rose or any other. Just make certain it's properly cleaned and sanitized between use.
