ok sounds great and follow the 20 day mark as well or would you extend the secondary time frame?

I can't answer the days question. I tend to extend my kit making to something between six months and about a year.

ive read that the instructions are guidlines. Time is what is the magic ingredient.
I just dont want to ruin anything lol! what have you guys done that you recommend? Anything standout as A+?

I honestly do not have all that much experience with grape wines so I can not really speak too much on them.. But my advice is do not be afraid to try things out.. Just be careful not to do anything to drastic that you can not take back.
