almeria spain red grapes /wine making

hi all.i have just picked and pressed red wild grapes,we made 50 liters of wine,and it was pressed 9 days ago.

i no nothing abought wine making ,so any advise on what to do next would be most welcome. (ie what to add,or if possible an idiots giude to making wine )
